Auction House lets players list items for sale and buy from each other in one clean menu. Quick Buy keeps a list of the items a player buys often and grabs the cheapest listings in one click. Everything works across servers too.

What it does

  • Auction menu: /ah shows every listing across as many pages as you need. Sort by lowest price, highest price or recently listed.
  • Slang search: /ah dia pick eff 5 unb 3 finds Diamond Pickaxes with Efficiency V and Unbreaking III. Short names and enchantment levels are all in slang.yml, and every name is suggested with Tab.
  • Selling: /ah sell <price> or the Your Items menu, then a confirm screen. Prices accept 500, 2.5k, 1m or 1b.
  • Your Items: your active listings with time left, expired items to claim back, and locked slots above your limit.
  • Quick Buy: save the items you buy often, pick enchantments and an amount, and buy the cheapest listings in one click, split across several listings if one isn't enough.
  • Transactions: everything you bought and sold, searchable, with your total spent and made.
  • Shulker preview: right-click a listed shulker box to see what's inside before buying.
  • Fast buy and fast sell: players with permission can skip the confirm screens.
  • Offline players: sellers are paid while offline, and anything bought while away is delivered on join.
  • Cross-server: SQLite out of the box, or MySQL, MariaDB or MongoDB with Redis to share one auction house between servers.
  • Folia support: runs on Paper and Folia 26.1 to 26.3.

/auction works the same as /ah.

Permissions

Players get 18 listing slots by default. Give auctionhouse.slots.<amount> for more, the highest one wins. auctionhouse.admin is for operators and also lets them change other players' fast buy and fast sell.

Config

Every menu, slot, icon, lore line, sound, message and dialog text can be changed, and any button can play several sounds at once. You can set the listing time (24 hours by default), slots, minimum and maximum price and a sales tax. The blacklist can block materials, custom items from Nexo, Oraxen and ItemsAdder, items by name, lore or data, and shulker boxes holding blocked items.

Good to know

  • Requires Java 25, Vault and an economy plugin.
  • The server needs internet access on first start to download the database libraries.
  • You'll need a license key. Link your Discord to BuiltByBit, run /sync in my Discord, then /license receive.
